The Liberty Alliance is an open organization consisting of roughly 150 leading organizations spanning borders and industries. Liberty’s direction is driven 100% by its membership base – all of Liberty’s specifications are built on real-world business and technical requirements that Liberty members feel are best addressed through collaboration and standardization.
Liberty members communicate at regular face-to-face meetings, on regularly scheduled Expert Group and Special Interest Group teleconferences, and through various email lists. These communications and meetings not only help drive Liberty’s output forward, but also forge relationships and partnerships between Liberty members.
